Radiohead – Hail To The Thief (CD)

Recorded quickly by Radiohead's standards and released in 2003, Hail to the Thief found the band pulling rock guitars back into conversation with the electronics of Kid A and Amnesiac, producing one of their most sprawling and politically charged collections. The title carried obvious weight in the early Bush era, and songs like "2+2=5" and "There There" gave that unease a visceral, full-band momentum that still hits hard.
