Recorded with producer Rick Rubin at Studio 606 and Chal Studios in Los Angeles, Stadium Arcadium arrived as John Frusciante's last full studio statement with the band before his 2009 departure, making it a document of the classic Kiedis-Frusciante-Flea-Chad Smith lineup at full creative stretch. The sprawling 28-track double album drew comparisons to the ambitions of classic rock concept records, channeling everything the band had built since their earliest Fairfax days into one oversize release.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers' album "Stadium Arcadium" is their 9th studio album and one of the band's most successful releases. Released in 2006 as a 4 LP and 2 CD album, it included five hit singles: "Dani California", "Tell Me Baby", "Snow (Hey Oh)", Desecration Smile" and "Hump de Bump". The album topped the Billboard Chart in the US and has been certified multi-platinum in over 10 major countries worldwide. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of this iconic album, the band is releasing 3 strictly limited color vinyl editions of the 4 LP set.
