Rush – Moving Pictures (CD)
Product Details
Released in 1981, Moving Pictures captured Rush at the precise moment their progressive ambitions and hard rock instincts locked into perfect alignment, producing some of the most radio-friendly songs of their career without sacrificing an ounce of complexity. Neil Peart's lyrics drew from Ayn Rand, science fiction, and everyday alienation in ways that resonated deeply with a generation of serious-minded rock fans who felt mainstream music wasn't speaking to them.
This re-release features 20-bit digital remastering from the original master tapes and deluxe packaging faithful to the original album release. Track listing: "Tom Sawyer," "Red Barchetta," "YYZ," "Limelight," "The Camera Eye," "Witch Hunt" and "Vital Signs."
