Solomun built his reputation the slow, honest way, earning trust on dancefloors across Hamburg before his name traveled globally. This early Compost release captures him at a pivotal moment, before Diynamic became his primary home and before Ibiza residencies made him a household name in electronic music circles.

Compost Black Label 36 introduces Mladen Solomun to the Compost Black Label Crew. Solomun who was born in the heart of Bosnia, grew up and still lives in Hamburg. Beside his residency at "Uebel & Gefaehrlich" he is the host of Club "DIY" in his chosen hometown Hamburg since five years now. His first releases were on labels such as Diynamic Music, Sonar Kollektiv, Liebe*Detail, and Steve Bug's Dessous Label.
