Ludovic Navarre recorded the Boulevard sessions in Paris in the mid-1990s, threading deep house grooves through jazz samples and late-night café melancholy in a way that felt entirely new at the time. The tracks that appeared across those early EPs laid the groundwork for what would become one of electronic music's most quietly influential catalogs, and hearing them collected and remastered across two sides of vinyl is the proper way to understand where the sound began.
