Product Details
Weiland, DeLeo, DeLeo, and Kretz arrived in 1992 with a debut that hit like a freight train, landing STP squarely at the center of a rock moment already dominated by Seattle. Core went five-times platinum and put "Plush," "Creep," and "Sex Type Thing" on the radio simultaneously, a run of singles that few debut albums have matched. The record still sounds like a band with something urgent to prove.
Certified Multi-Platinum (8 times) by the RIAA. (4/02)
