Product Details

Stone Temple Pilots never got their full critical due during the '90s grunge wars, often dismissed as late arrivals to a scene they were actually reshaping on their own terms. Scott Weiland's elastic baritone and the DeLeo brothers' riff architecture held up across albums that moved between hard rock, psychedelia, and classic rock swagger with genuine range. This best-of pulls from the band's commercial peak, a run of records that sold tens of millions of copies and soundtracked a generation of arena shows.

Track listings include: "Vasoline", from Purple "Down", from Nov 4, 1992 "Wicked Garden", from Core "Big Empty", from Purple "Plush", from Core "Days of the Week", Shangri-La Dee Da, 2001.
