Brad Nowell died just two months before this record hit shelves in July 1996, which means the Long Beach trio never got to witness the cultural wave it unleashed. Rooted in Southern California's collision of reggae, punk, and hip-hop, the album captured something raw and unfinished in the best possible way, a sound the band had been building toward since their days pressing cassettes out of their garage.

Sublime is the eponymous third and final studio album by ska-punk band Sublime featuring numerous hit singles, including 'What I Got,' 'Santeria,' and 'Wrong Way.' Released in 1996 the album was enormously successful being certified five-times platinum. Newly remastered, standard weight 2-LP gatefold is available.
