Dolores O'Riordan's voice was one of the most distinctive of the '90s alternative era, and the intimacy of the Unplugged format suits the Cranberries' quiet-loud emotional range better than almost any other setting could. Captured at a moment when "Zombie" and "Linger" had made the Limerick band genuine global phenomena, this performance documents a band at the peak of their powers before the world got any louder.
Vinyl LP pressing. The Cranberries performed on MTV's Unplugged in 1995 in promotion for their sophomore album, No Need To Argue, but the audio has never been released, until now.
