The Cure – The Top (LP Vinyl)
Product Details
Recorded largely without key members Robert Smith handled nearly every instrument himself during a period of considerable personal turbulence, making *The Top* one of the most singular and strange entries in The Cure's catalog. It sits at an odd, fascinating crossroads between the gothic density of *Pornography* and the pop accessibility that would follow on *The Head on the Door*, belonging fully to neither world.
The Top is the fifth studio album by English rock band The Cure, originally released on April 30, 1984 by record label Fiction. The album's style is eclectic, and sees Smith using all kinds of instruments, including violin and flute. This record will be released on 180 gram vinyl.
