Product Details

Wildflowers was always meant to be a double album, and Tom Petty's instinct was right. The sessions with Rick Rubin produced more strong material than a single record could hold, and what got left behind was not filler but some of the most intimate, unhurried writing of Petty's career. Hearing the complete picture finally assembled on vinyl is the closest thing to sitting with the music the way he originally envisioned it.

The 3 LP edition contains the original 1994 Wildflowers album (remastered) with 15 tracks on two LPs. LP 3 contains All The Rest, the 10 songs from the Wildflowers sessions that were left off the album, 5 of which are previously unreleased.
