Dee Snider and company had already spent decades proving that hard rock and holiday kitsch were natural bedfellows, and this 2006 release leaned fully into that instinct. The closing "Heavy Metal Christmas" alone, a full metal reworking of "The Twelve Days of Christmas," became a seasonal staple on rock radio and a crowd-pleasing live favorite in the years that followed.
