Wham! – Last Christmas: 40th Anniversary (LP Vinyl)
Wham
Product Details
Released in December 1984, "Last Christmas" famously spent five weeks at number two on the UK Singles Chart, held off the top spot by Band Aid's "Do They Know It's Christmas?" , a charity single George Michael had also contributed to that same season. That chart footnote became part of the song's mythology, and four decades later its annual return to radio playlists and streaming charts is as reliable as the holiday itself.
Wham!'s 'Last Christmas' is not only one of the most iconic songs of all time, it is a cultural phenomenon. Loved by generations around the world, George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley's timeless Christmas classic celebrates it's 40th anniversary in 2024. This release brings together all the versions together in one special festive package. It includes a stunning previously unreleased live version of the track performed by George at Wembley in 2006 plus the 'Pudding' mix and instrumental version.
