Experiences of Rolling Stones fans of different ages, from different countries, and from different fan boards form the basis of this book. Andee interviewed over 100 fans from 2007 to the present. The only thing the fans have in common is their passion for the music and performances of The Rolling Stones.

Andrea J. Baker teaches online and offline at Ohio University, Lancaster. She received her Ph.D in sociology from Case Western Reserve University. Andrea has written articles on fan groups and internet communications, and a book on couples who met online (Double Click, Hampton Press, 2005). Her interests are online identities, relationships and communities.
