For listeners who take Verve seriously: this page collects vinyl, CDs, and more from one of the most consequential catalogs in recorded music, available through the Relix store.
The selection runs from catalog cornerstones to current releases. Samara Joy's Portrait is here in a standard CD pressing and in a Signed CD edition. Jon Batiste appears twice, with Monk Movements and BIG MONEY both on CD. Diana Krall's Wallflower is in on CD alongside Wonderful World: The Best Of Louis Armstrong. On the vinyl side, the Verve Acoustic Sounds Series is well represented: Stan Getz and The Oscar Peterson Trio's Stan Getz And The Oscar Peterson Trio on 180g LP, Wes Montgomery's Bumpin' on 180g LP, and Charles Mingus's The Black Saint And The Sinner Lady on LP. The Verve By Request Series brings back James Brown's Soul On Top on LP, Wayne Shorter's Footprints Live on 2xLP, and Herbie Hancock's New Standard on 2xLP. Andrea Bocelli's Romanza - 30th Anniversary is available on 180g LP and on a 180g gold 2xLP pressing.
Why buy from Relix
Relix has covered jazz, the Grateful Dead, Phish, and the wider roots and improvisational world since 1974. That history informs how we stock the store: we pay attention to pressings, series, and editions rather than filling shelves indiscriminately. The store also carries the Relix Sessions series, live recordings produced by Relix and pressed to vinyl on the Relix Vinyl label, which reflects the same care we bring to everything else here. When we carry a Verve title, it is because it belongs in a serious collection.
CDs ship in protective packaging. Vinyl ships in protective packaging designed for LPs. Pre-order titles display a street date on the product page and ship when the label releases them. All titles are new and sealed unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
If this page has you wanting to dig further, the Jazz Vinyl Records collection covers the broader vinyl landscape, Jazz Vinyl and CDs: Classic and Contemporary spans formats across eras, and the CDs collection pulls together disc releases across the full store catalog.
